We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're not happy.
30-Day Returns
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
- Include the original receipt
How to Return
- Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
- Select the order and click "Return Item"
- Choose the reason for return
- Print the return label (provided)
- Package the item securely
- Drop off at our partner courier location
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned: intimate apparel, perishable goods, custom orders, and items marked as final sale.
